Ken Ruffin is an internationally recognized space advocate, STEM educator, and professional speaker dedicated to helping people understand why humanity's prosperous future can be highlighted by space development and space settlement.
As a longtime member and Space Ambassador for the National Space Society (NSS), Ken has spent years inspiring students, professionals, and the public to see how space exploration drives innovation, and economic growth on Earth.
His journey began with a simple question: How can we make space relevant to everyone? What started as curiosity evolved into a lifelong mission — to connect space technologies with everyday life, helping communities realize that space is not a distant dream, but shared opportunities that all developed societies have already benefited from, and innumerable advancements in space technologies are yet to come, for the benefit of all of humanity.
Through his volunteer work, leadership roles, and numerous speaking engagements, Ken has reached audiences across schools, universities, conferences, and global media platforms.
